When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar...and the coffee...

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things-your God, family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions-things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car. The sand is everything else-the small stuff."
"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your wife out to dinner. Maybe even play another 18. There's always time to clean the house and fix the disposal."
"Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."

A moment with you, make me feel glee and ease …
As soon as you own my heart, promise you will never tease .
sometimes I feel like running away from you, so just say: don't go please …..
Without you, this life will be so blue and displease….
I'm not in love with you, but why your face doesn't leave my dreams!!!???
And why I feel the warmth of your heart in each breeze!!!???
Even when I hear your voice all my worries appease…
Your angelic heart my dear… mixed with calmness and mysteries ….
So when you will drop the mask, then everything reveals!!!

somewhere on the side of the road

I stopped for a moment just to breath

with one intention of leaving the load

he comes and offer me aden of earth

I was thirsty , tired and thus I drank out of his hand

he pretend to save me and he end up stealing my heart

helpless , poor , thirsty again I became

 One day!

 Together...I guess.

Ever be together; my pain...is really

No body..understand nothing  from my heart ...only you!!!

Why you....only you?

Now ...I feel so  far for all

Only...see my soul...blue!

I NEED SMILE AGAIN!

I looking for another person...for me!

Someone special soul...like  me!

Looking for a half heart!

I guess  found  ...I lucky woman...

I found...I want only the man in my  life ....

Special man!

No have to look...he found me!

 The blue angel...of me...for me...only  mine!

Now I have the special man only for me!!!!

My LORD...Thanks so much! I love you.

Jackeline Guimarães

I miss you now.

But you don't in my side.

I'm glad that you loved me in the past.

You dead! In my heart! Believe me,my love,I can forget you!

What should I do?

The miss to you!

I'm proud of you, because you taught me how to love.

I am different from you

 I am different from you

Do you think that you will be like me?

I know that’s impossible

We and you are not the same

I am not a politician

I am not an extremist

I am just a human

Like every one

But even if

I am different

Your name is not like mine

Your country is not like mine

Your life is not like mine too

I am honest

I am not a racist

Because I am the little Palestinian

Who you saw in television

Who you looked at him as different and isolated child

With no smile

With no hope

Apartheid

Lost in the trials of life

Lost in this strange occupation

Silence in every mouth

I need you my brother

Just for a minute

I want your help

To stop every injure in my body

The bombs killed my family

And my future

I am a little Palestinian

I keep going without any fear

I am calling you because I need you brother

You have your parents but me

I lost my past

My present and my future

Give me a thousand help then another hundred

But I have something inside me so strong

Because I want to live and die in this life

Just call me a Palestinian from Palestine

Striving to find the truth.

Sometimes good people have to do bad things because if they don't, worse things will happen. At its heart, this is a  justification for  presented to those who would question the necessity or rightness of said actions,

Who taught that bird?

This is a strange phenomenon that is birds are created with a program in its brain to guide and teach it how to feed its kids …

This bird is working hard to feed its kids without any previous knowledge, so scientists confirm that these creatures are preprogrammed to perform such job to keep its kind alive and increasing.

Who taught these creatures such complicated technique? The nature or Allah Almighty the creator of nature who says in the holy verse (Our Lord is He Who gave to each thing its form and nature, then guided it aright.){SûratTâ-Hâ -verse50}.

life has many different chapters for us. one bad chapter doesn't mean the end of the book.........

Time is an insidious abductor,
Consuming our precious lives,
Devours moments that it rushes after
With greedy and insatiable lust.
Sometimes it lurks and with its blessing
Prolongs the favourable state.
It hesitates and slackens paces,
Unnoticed by the doom and fate.
Oh blissful moment, stop and linger!
Oh ruthless cruel time, just freeze!
Leave our feelings' flavours mingle
For  inspirational mix!

Sleeping on the right side

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him advised us 1400 years ago to start our sleeping mode on the right side, why?.....…

Scientists say that sleeping on the left side is not favored, as the heart would be under the pressure of the right lung, the biggest of the two lungs, and this would affect its contraction especially if the person is old. Also they assure that the full stomach which itself is under the pressure of the heaviest organ in the digestive tract, the liver, which delays its emptying, would also impose a pressure on the heart.Hence they advise people to sleep on the right side especially for patients by any heart disease.

Glory to Allah!!! Who told our prophet this medical advice?

When people love what you do,they give you more charges,

They say to you to do more and more because they share your ideas,

Thats why we must do our best to give them the pleasures they want,

Because throught our voices they find them selves,

And sometime they realize that another people believe the same like them,

Or in some part of the world it have people who still believe in good things or in good way of living,

Thats why i thank you for the time that you take to read what am writing.

 We need to give,

dont Give only to people see your act,

But give because you have to do it,

Be the first to give and the last to claim,

Dont wait no reward to your act because you just have to help,

We can give everything not only materials things,

We have to give our hearth to humanity,

No matter what will happen you just do the right thing,

Whenever you give never be forced or never do it because someone else did it befor,

Be all the time conciencious with your mind and know that you do the right

Charity of the smile

Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good …

Psychologists say that Smiling is a great way to make our body to function better and to improve our health, stress level, and our attractiveness; they say that smile can give others more than any physical matter.

Therefore, they believe that Smiling is just one fun way to live longer and they give us some consequences of smiling:

1. People are drawn to those who smile as there is an attraction factor to cheerful people.

2. Smiling Helps us Stay Positive because When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!".

3. Smiling makes us Seem Successful because smiling people appear more confident.

4. Smiling boosts our Immune System because it helps the immune system to work better.

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him urges us to smile as he says in the prophetic hadith” your smile for others is a charity”[Hadith Sahih- by Al-Albany].

 What’s CHRISTIANITY?

Christianity is one life: JESUS.

 2. WHY DID JESUS COME? TO BE REJECTED

himself: “The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected…” (Mark 8:31).

Not everyone reacted by welcoming Jesus as King. In fact, people deliberately rejected him. But this didn’t surprise Jesus. He told his friends that he would be rejected.

Jesus knew this would happen because this is how all people, including you and me, treat God’s Son and King. We turn away from him, living as though he isn’t really our king at all. We choose not to live in his kingdom, because we think we’ll be happier ruling ourselves.

And that’s the reason why all of us sometimes sense life isn’t the way it’s supposed to be. It’s because we’ve rejected the loving King, who knows what’s best for us and what’s best for the world.

And this rejection of God’s king, which Jesus called “sin”, is a very dangerous thing to do. It means God will judge us for the way we’ve treated the King he sent, and for the way we’ve treated the people around us and the world we live in. God won’t let sinful people have a place in his perfect kingdom.

So our sin keeps us outside, facing what Jesus called hell: a life beyond death where we will be shut out of his kingdom for ever, without anything good at all: no love, friendship, joy, or hope.

What we need is to come into the kingdom. But there’s no way for us to get in. Even if we try to be very good people, or really religious people, we can’t change the fact that we’ve sinned.

And this truth is seen in what people did to Jesus...

3. WHY DID JESUS COME? TO BE KILLED

“The Son of Man must … be killed” (Mark 8:31).

The truth that humans are sinful is proved by what people ended up doing to Jesus while he was on earth.

They were so determined to reject him that they actually killed him—by nailing him to a cross.

But Jesus' death had actually been God’s plan all along; a plan which shows his amazing love and patience when it comes to sinful people like us. As Jesus said himself, he came to die, so that his blood would be “poured out for many” (Mark 14:24).

On the cross, Jesus was cut off from God’s friendship and goodness.

As he died, he experienced hell.

He was pouring out his blood for many, swapping places with sinful human beings and taking the punishment we deserve.

And by dying like this, Jesus opened the way into his kingdom. At the cross, he offers to take our sin and its judgment, and to give us his perfection.

But how can we know this is all actually for real?

Because, as Jesus predicted himself, his death wasn’t the end of the story...

4. WHY DID JESUS COME? TO RISE AGAIN

5. WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR US?

4. WHY DID JESUS COME? TO RISE AGAIN

“… and after three days rise again." (Mark 8:31)

Three days after he died, Jesus rose from the dead. Dozens ate with him. Many spoke to him. Hundreds saw him.

His resurrection is the ultimate proof that Jesus really is "the Christ, the son of God".

And it’s the ultimate proof that Jesus’ death opened the way into the kingdom of God, a place where death no longer has any power.

So Jesus' identity, death and resurrection mean we face a simple choice...

5. WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR US?

Jesus invites people to come into his perfect kingdom, knowing him as their perfect loving ruler. Here's his call to each one of us:

“The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!” (Mark 1:15).

Repent means to turn around, accepting Jesus as our King and wanting to live his way, not ours.

Believe means to trust that Jesus has done everything necessary to give us a place in his kingdom.

Jesus warned that living with him as king isn’t easy. Just as he was rejected and misunderstood, so his people will be too. But his people also experience the joy of knowing and speaking to him, of being helped and changed by his Spirit, of living the way they were made to, and of being part of his family.

And his people can look forward to a future of enjoying life with King Jesus in his perfect kingdom for ever. That’s a future offered to anyone who repents and believes—including you.

 What is Islam?

Islam means ‎submission, obedience, surrender and compliance with the command and ‎prohibition of the commander without objections. Allah has named the true ‎religion, ‘Islam’ for it is an obedience to him, submission to His Commands ‎without any resistance, purifying acts of worship for Him, believing in His ‎words and having faith in Him. Islam then became a proper name for the ‎religion brought by Muhammad.‎
Why was this religion named Islam?

Adherents of various religions all over the ‎world have named their religions, either with the name of a man or a particular ‎race like Christianity, which was named after Jesus Christ; and Buddhism was ‎named after its founder Buddha; and Zoroastrianism was named after its founder ‎and flag banner, Zoroaster. Judaism had also emerged among the tribe of Judah ‎and so on. The All-Mighty Allah Himself called it Islam when He said,
{{Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm. (submission to His Will)}},(Holy Qur'an 3:1) It is only Islam that is not attributed to any particular man or ‎nation. Its name indicates a special characteristic that the meaning of Islam ‎denotes. It is evident in this name that no man has any role in bringing this ‎religion into existence and that it is not peculiar with any nation to the ‎exclusion of others. Its only goal is to make all people of the earth have ‎characteristics of Islam. So, whoever is characterized with the qualities of ‎Islam among ancient people and contemporary people is a Muslim, just as he ‎shall be called a Muslim, and anyone who possesses its qualities among the coming ‎generations.
The Message of Islam:
The most important message of Islam is the absolute Unity of God-that there is only One Supreme Being who has no partners and is not dependent on anyone or anything. He is the creator of everything and the whole universe is under His control. Since the total submission of one's will to Allah represents the essence of worship, Islam is the worship of Allah alone and the avoidance of worship directed to any person, place or thing other than Allah. In essence, Islam calls man away from the worship of creation and invites him to worship only its Creator. Allah is the only one deserving man's worship as it is only by His will that prayers are answered. Hence prayers to the non-living such as the sun, fire, and to humans whether they are Jesus, Moses or even Muhammad are rejected, as Allah informs us in the opening chapter of the Holy Qur'an,:

{{You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything).}}( Holy Qur'an 1:4)

A preposition describes a relationship between other words in a sentence. In itself, a word like "in" or "after" is rather meaningless and hard to define in mere words. For instance, when you do try to define a preposition like "in" or "between" or "on," you invariably use your hands to show how something is situated in relationship to something else. Prepositions are nearly always combined with other words in structures called prepositional phrases. Prepositional phrases can be made up of a million different words, but they tend to be built the same: a preposition followed by a determiner and an adjective or two, followed by a pronoun or noun (called the object of the preposition). This whole phrase, in turn, takes on a modifying role, acting as an adjective or an adverb, locating something in time and space, modifying a noun, or telling when or where or under what conditions something happened.

Consider the professor's desk and all the prepositional phrases we can use while talking about it.

You can sit before the desk (or in front of the desk). The professor can sit on the desk (when he's being informal) or behind the desk, and then his feet are under the desk or beneath the desk. He can stand beside the desk (meaning next to the desk), before the desk, between the desk and you, or even on the desk (if he's really strange). If he's clumsy, he can bump into the desk or try to walk through the desk (and stuff would fall off the desk). Passing his hands over the desk or resting his elbows upon the desk, he often looks across the desk and speaks of the desk or concerning the desk as if there were nothing else like the desk. Because he thinks of nothing except the desk, sometimes you wonder about the desk, what's in the desk, what he paid for the desk, and if he could live without the desk. You can walk toward the desk, to the desk, around the desk, by the desk, and even past the desk while he sits at the desk or leans against the desk.

All of this happens, of course, in time: during the class, before the class, until the class, throughout the class, after the class, etc. And the professor can sit there in a bad mood [another adverbial construction].

Those words in bold blue font are all prepositions. Some prepositions do other things besides locate in space or time — "My brother is like my father." "Everyone in the class except me got the answer." — but nearly all of them modify in one way or another. It is possible for a preposition phrase to act as a noun — "During a church service is not a good time to discuss picnic plans" or "In the South Pacific is where I long to be" — but this is seldom appropriate in formal or academic writing.
